We will create an ordering website for you. All you have to do is complete your Profile, Store Status, and enter Menu Items.

Log in to the admin portal and go to Store Status. Set your Status to Pickup, Delivery, or both.
Payouts are made daily and deposited directly into your bank account.
Download the ChefPing App to manage orders. You must complete your profile, store status, and upload menu items before downloading ChefPing.
*If your profile is incomplete you will not be able to operate ChefPing.
You can change your menu as frequently as needed. Just log in to the admin portal and go to Menu Items to update the menu.
CheftHanded will send the customer a text message when the order is marked ready.
You can refund orders from the ChefPing App. The funds will be returned to the customer's account within five (5) to ten (10) days.
The order will appear as a pending hold on the customer's account until the funds are released. At the end of that 5 to 10 day period, the customer will see the pending charge drop off of their statement.
Log in to the admin portal and go to Order History.
If you don't see the order the customer did not complete the order.
If the order status says "Waiting For Customer To Accept Charge" then the customer did not complete the order and their card has not been charged.
