No, your customers will never use the app. Your customers will order directly from your CheftHanded site. The ChefPing App was developed to provide chefs with a mobile system to accept and process orders.
You will have immediate access to our delivery partners in over 4,200 cities across the US once you complete the following steps:
- 1. Join CheftHanded, complete the business profile and account information.
- 2. Upload menu items and enter a delivery base address.
- 3. Spread the word. Copy & Paste your CheftHanded link to your social media bio. Share your link or QR code to let customers know that you are open for business.
Your username will become a part of your shareable site address. Your customers will use this site address to place orders. The link will appear like this: chefthanded.com/username
No. You don't have to worry about competing with other businesses to get sales. When you share your CheftHanded link, your customers will only have access to your store.
Yes. Log in to CheftHanded.com to add or delete menu items. You may also make items unavailable.
Absolutely. You can update your address as frequently as needed. Log in to CheftHanded.com. Go to the Store Status section. Enter the correct pick-up and/or delivery base address and click save. Your customers and the delivery drivers will now be directed to the updated address.
$0. No Subscription fee. No Set Up Cost. You will pay a processing fee of 2.9% + $.30 per successful transaction. Your customer will pay a small processing fee to use the online ordering service.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Payouts occur daily and take a maximum of two business days to be deposited into your account.
Absolutely. You may issue refunds from the ChefPing App by clicking on the order from the Incoming, Processing or En-Route section. Your customer will receive the refund within 5 - 10 business days, depending on their financial institution. CheftHanded is not obligated nor responsible for issuing refunds.
CheftHanded does not currently integrate with other platforms. However, we are always working on improving our offerings to meet your needs. You can post your CheftHanded link on your social media bios and sites to direct potential customers to order online.
