Signup is free and the monthly fees have been waived. Your customer will pay a processing fee per order.

How do I get started?

Click GET STARTED on the home page and follow the prompts. You can signup and begin accepting sales within minutes.

I already have a website. Can I still use CheftHanded for online ordering?

Yes! Contact support and we will help you integrate CheftHanded into your existing website.

I don't know how to build a website. How do I set up online ordering?

We will create an ordering website for you. All you have to do is complete your Profile, Store Status, and enter Menu Items.

Can my customers order pickup or delivery?

Yes. Pickup and Delivery are available in all 50 states.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are made daily and deposited directly into your bank account.

How do I manage orders?

Download the ChefPing App to manage orders. You must complete your profile, store status, and upload menu items before downloading ChefPing.

*If your profile is incomplete you will not be able to operate ChefPing.

I like to change my menu often. Does CheftHanded allow menu changes?

You can change your menu as frequently as needed. Just log in to the admin portal and go to Menu Items to update the menu.

How do my customers know that their order is ready?

CheftHanded will send the customer a text message when the order is marked ready.

How do I refund my customers?

You can refund orders from the ChefPing App. The funds will be returned to the customer's account within five (5) to ten (10) days.

The order will appear as a pending hold on the customer's account until the funds are released. At the end of that 5 to 10 day period, the customer will see the pending charge drop off of their statement.

A customer said they placed the order but I don't see it.

If you don't see the order the customer did not complete the order.

If the order status says "Waiting For Customer To Accept Charge" then the customer did not complete the order and their card has not been charged.
